Order Processing Time:

  • Typically, Jambo and our shipping partners process orders upon confirmation. 
  • Address validation may take place within the initial 15 days following your confirmation. 
  • Refunds are available within 15 days of your order or if your phone has not been shipped.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 120 days of order confirmation.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • All shipping fees are a flat rate of $30 and are charged on a per phone basis.
  • Any expenses arising from the import process are the sole responsibility of the recipient including but not limited to customs fees, import duties, or associated charges. Failure to pay tax to your local government can result in the package being returned to sender or destroyed. Jambo will not be held liable for any additional fees or expenses incurred.
  • For example, 2 phones would incur a shipping fee of $60.

International Shipping:

  • Jambo’s partners offer international shipping to over 100+ countries. 
  • You can check if your country is eligible for shipping during the checkout process.

Personal ID Requirement:

  • Your Personal ID may be required by shippers to help process the JamboPhone through customs depending on your country’s local regulations. This information aids in the smooth clearance of the shipment and ensures timely delivery to the customer.
  • Countries that require additional for customs clearance are including but not limited to:
    • Argentina - Unique Tax Identification Code (11 digits)
    • Brazil - CPF (11 digits) or CNPJ (14 digits)
    • Chile - Tax ID (9 digits)
    • Greece - Greek Identity Card (alphanumeric; 2 letters and 6 digits)
    • Korea - Personal Customs ID (alphanumeric; 1 letter and 12 numbers)
    • Mexico - Tax ID (13 digits)
    • Netherlands - Tax ID (9 digits)
    • Taiwan - Passport Number (alphanumeric; 1 letter and 9 digits)
    • Uzbekistan - Personal Identification Number (14 digits) and Passport Number
  • Please rest assured that any information you provide will be handled securely and used exclusively for this purpose.

Multiple Orders of JamboPhones:

  • JamboPhones may be shipped in separate batches based on recommendations from our shipping partners. If you have ordered multiple JamboPhones or JamboPhones in different colors don’t worry, the rest of your order is on the way!

Order Status Tracking:

  • We are working with our shipping partners in 120+ countries to create more ways to track the status of your order. Currently, emails will be sent out to all customers on the 15th and 30th of each month, notifying you that your order is still in progress. 
  • Customers may receive a tracking number via email when their JamboPhone ships. In some cases, tracking information may only become available after your order clears customs.
  • If you have not received your Jambo product by your expected delivery date and/or the tracking number that you have been provided with has marked the JamboPhone as delivered but you have still not received your JamboPhone, you must report the missing item to our team at contact@jambophone.xyz within 10 days of the expected delivery date. If you do not contact us within 10 days, we will consider your order as delivered. Claims for missing phones reported later than 10 days from the expected delivery date may not be accepted.

Fees

  • If we do not receive a response within 72 hours of our email requesting an address update, we will no longer be responsible for the order. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
  • Fees and Charges for Overdue Collection: $50 per ticket
  • Return Fee: $50 per ticket
  • Destruction Fee: $50 per ticket
  • Redistribution Fee (if applicable): $50 per ticket

Important Note

  • Once the order is handed over to your country’s local shipping partner, they assume full responsibility for its final delivery. Any delivery issues, such as misdelivery or lost packages, must be resolved directly with the local carrier, as Jambo is not liable for errors or delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
